Across Türkiye and around the world, there are many successful school leaders like you who work selflessly every day and shape the lives of students. We aim to highlight and share your devoted efforts and inspiring practices.


Our Goal

Through this campaign, we seek to collect inspiring practices and model implementations from school leaders across Türkiye and the world, and contribute to the professional development of other school administrators.

Why Is It Important?

With this competition, our goal is to increase the visibility of successful school leaders, express our sincere appreciation, and inspire other school administrators. We also aim to raise public awareness about the importance and challenges of school leadership and educational leadership.

How to Participate

      1. The applicant must be a school administrator (principal, vice principal, department head/education coordinator).

      1. Inspiring practices must have been implemented and completed at or within the school.

      1. The application form must be filled out completely and include all required supporting documents.

      1. Applications under the title “Inspiring Practice” must be presented—either online or in person—at the 5th School Administrators Conference (ISPC2025) by the applicant or a representative of the team.

      1. Applications must be completed by the deadline of December 15, 2025.

    Evaluation Criteria

        1. Innovation and Originality:
          The novelty and originality of the submitted practices and model implementations will be evaluated, including their scientific, technical, and innovative aspects.

        1. Impact and Success:
          The impact and success of the practices at the school, community, and societal levels will be considered as a significant factor in the evaluation.

        1. Applicability and Scalability:
          The practicality of the inspiring practices and their potential to be scaled to other schools will be taken into account.

        1. Presentation and Clarity:
          Applications must be presented and explained in a clear, coherent, and compelling manner.

      Applications will be evaluated by the jury using a standard scoring form. Each criterion will be scored out of 10 points, and final rankings will be based on average scores.


      Awards and Certificates

        Total Prize Amount: 15,000 TL

        A total of 15,000 TL will be awarded, with 5,000 TL each to the school principal, vice principal, and department head/education coordinator with the best inspiring practices.

        At the end of the evaluation, inspiring practices ranked first, second, third, and those awarded honorable mention will receive certificates of achievement.
