Acceptable Presentation Types

Oral presentation involves summarizing the key findings and significance of your research paper in a clear and concise manner to an audience of peers and experts in your field. You’ll typically have a limited amount of time, often around 10-15 minutes, to present your work, followed by a brief question-and-answer session. It’s essential to structure your presentation effectively, focusing on the background, methodology, results, and conclusions of your study. Visual aids such as slides or graphs can help illustrate your points, and engaging delivery techniques such as maintaining eye contact and speaking clearly can enhance your presentation’s impact. The goal is to communicate your research effectively and generate interest and discussion among conference attendees.

Why ISPC?

ISPC is an international platform for interaction among academia, stakeholders and practitioners to create and strengthen mechanisms of mutual understanding, learning and support.

Mission of ISPC

ISPC aims to provide a platform where educators and stakeholders share best practices and recent studies to network and collaborate with school principals and educational leaders in designing innovative solutions and offering various educational opportunities within their communities. So that schools can become an environment where all learners can develop their mental, emotional, social, and physical potentials at the highest level.

Who can participate?

ISPC encourages teachers, school administrators, educational leaders, researchers, academics, community leaders, students and parents to share their practices and studies.

Rationale

As the role of an educational leader is changing and rapidly changing before and during COVID-19, school leaders are expected to find ways to perform their traditional and evolving roles. These roles include leading teaching and learning in face-to-face, remote, and hybrid settings, working with stakeholders to provide internet and necessary devices, and practicing their different roles digitally.

While principals’ professionalism refers to expert knowledge, autonomy, and normative orientation, it should be noted that many factors affect principalships, such as educational policies, authentic experiences, reflective conversations, reciprocal relationships, and leadership training.
